This is an authentic Mexican restaurant. You'll find good homestyle meals, Horchata and corn tortillas here, So far, I've had the Molcajete, Quesabirria, Guacamole, and Horchata. My wife had the Mojarra Frita (I believe whole Tilapia is used). All of the food was fantastic. The Molcajete had whole cactus leaf (Napoles), seared cheese (queso fresco), choice of meat (chicken), delicious chorizo (sausage), a fire roasted jalapeño and a tomato onion sauce. The Quesabirria was served on corn tortillas. I loved them, but don't recommend them for take out as the tortillas will get soggy quickly. The Guacamole was fresh and well prepared as well. My first order was a to go order and I received a small container. My next visit I ordered dine in and received a more reasonable size. I would recommend saving the Guacamole for dine in. My wife had the Mojarra Frita and enjoyed it. She doesn't like Mexican Food, but this dish and the Molcajete won her over. If you don't like dealing with a whole fish and it's bones, this dish won't be for you.

The food did not taste like authentic Mexican food at all. The salsa tasted store bought, the rice had the texture of white rice and the fajita mix had an overpowering tomato taste. The wings and fries I eventually settled for aren't pictured. The wings are very small but the fries were okay. The best items I had were the water and lime margarita. My waitress was nice. Being seated was a weird experience because there wasn't a hostess. I walked in, had to wave to be seen and was told I could sit wherever I wanted. Overall, it was not the best experience. I had three margaritas just to get full and sent $50-60 with tip including the wings and fries. Maybe in the future I might give this place a second chance but I'll keep going to Las Trojas Cantina for now.

Didn't really expect the food to be good because the chips and salsa were mediocre at best, no salt or nothing. I ordered the torta with the spicy pork and very surprisingly it was amazing!!! It was even better the next day. It's a nice place in somewhat deserted area, nice and very open

Best REAL MEXICAN AUTHENTIC food we have had in a really long time. I truly believe this is one of the most authentic with a bar we have in clayton county. my husband and I saw them online and decided to swing by. we were not sure if the place was open because we had never seen it before and at night its pretty dark. But let us by start the food was very reasonably priced and extremely fresh and delicious. We ordered the Mojara (AMAZING) with spice and it was really good. They let us have some of the spice sauce and it was MAGICAL! It’s spicy but so delicious. We also ordered the Quesabirria but they are not actually quedilla tacos, they are Tacosbirria with Corn tortilla. However, I think the difference is these are extremely chessy (hense the name!) we also ordered the Aguachiles and MYGOODNESS! So good. I havent found a place that does aguachiles ans this is exactly what I pictured when I ordered them. Micheladas are good and their house salsa is fresh fresh homemade, not from a bottle or can. overall, great experience, we will be back! And I highly suggest everyone to give this place a try. they were really slow when we got there but I believe once they figure out their marketing stragety, this place will be ok.
